Day 10—Knowing the Fullest Expression of God's Love

If we know the Love of God expressed in Christ, we can know His fullness. Christ, dwelling in our midst, brings to us the full expression of God’s Love. It was His Love that caused Him to die for us. But His Love did not stop at the cross. It continues and causes Him to want to dwell in us. The Love that was manifest on Calvary is the same Love that will move in us today.

Ephesians 3:17-19—...That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in Love, May be able to comprehend (lay hold on) with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the Love of Christ, which passeth knowledge (that is beyond our ability to fully know), that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God. NIrV—Then Christ will live in your hearts because you believe in Him. And I pray that your Love will have deep roots. I pray that it will have a strong foundation. May you have power with all God’s people to understand Christ’s Love. May you know how wide and long and high and deep it is. And may you know His Love, even though it can’t be known completely. Then you will be filled with everything God has for you.

John 1:14,16—And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of The Only Begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.... And of His fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. NIrV—The Word became a human being. He made his home with us. We have seen his glory. It is the glory of the one and only Son....We have all received one blessing after another. God’s grace is not limited.

DEAR LORD, I open my heart to receive Your Loving presence. It is beyond the grasp of my mind to understand how this can be,but with my heart I am ready to believe. Here are some who really need Your Love. Use me as a vessel to reach them.

The great desire of the Lord Jesus for us is that we abide in the love of God as one body.
